North Americas Waterfowl. These habitats also benefit other wildlife and people.
Now, more than half of North America’s original wetlands are gone and another 170,000 wetland acres are lost each year. Waterfowl and other wetland-dependent wildlife species are running out of places to live and we are losing countless benefits that wetlands provide humankind.
